Quinces always were an attractive fruit for Sebastian’s paintings. Specially for their aspect and their waxy coat.
Like every year during his last stage, Sebastian started painting another still life of quinces when their season arrived. Unfortunately, this time Sebastian’s perfectionist side didn’t allow him to finish and sign this painting.
